European Residential Awards 2010
Akamas Bay Villas was Highly Commended in the Best Architecture (multiple units) category, in the prestigious European Residential Awards 2010.
To receive the award, the development had to demonstrate architectural interest, innovation and unique style. Responsible for the overall design of the villas, architectural firm Ergo7, produced an outstanding contemporary design with exquisitely landscaped gardens, custom designed swimming pools and modern luxuries from internal lifts to home theatres.
This recognition demonstrates the high international standards of Akamas Bay Villas and is testament to the fact that Cyprus has established itself as a world-class destination in the international travel and leisure arena.
Currently, more than 50% of Akamas Bay Villas Phase I has either been Sold or Reserved with Glowfrog Studios CGI’s and animation playing a key role in the marketing process.
