The International Quarter announced at MIPIM
MIPIM property fair in Cannes is currently underway where our clients Lend Lease and London & Continental Railways have unveiled the International Quarter, the 4million square foot office campus at Stratford City.
Dan Labbad, chief executive officer of Lend Lease, Europe Middle East and Africa said: “The International Quarter builds on our existing work at Stratford City with the Athletes Village and Chobham Academy showcasing our capability in integrated real estate delivery. These developments will collectively leave a lasting positive legacy for East London and beyond.”
This sentiment ties in with Boris Johnson’s keynote speech at MIPIM which focused on the regeneration of London.
Site works commence in early 2013 with the first occupancy proposed for late 2014 and the campus will create in excess of 15,000 jobs.
Glowfrog has produced the CGI’s for the International Quarter following substantial work at Stratford over the past 3 years.
